Not received order yet No vitamins received to date

I have not received my parcel and no one replies to my email.
The shipment email has been sent to me 10 days ago and no sign of my parcel.. the tracking number provided by them don’t work. I bought other stuff from oceans alive and my parcels from that website arrived within 3 days after I purchase, I won’t be using this website anymore. Very poor communication and very slow services.
I still want my parcel or my money back at least

Well, it is the first order I have placed with yourselves an so far the delivery was as promised.
Should the product be satisfactory to my needs then I will be in touch going forward.

Easy to buy; good price/ value for the products. But, overseas delivery was a bit slow.

I am still waiting for my item to be delivered after one week with no update.

Order a week ago! I’m still waiting for delivery, they send me wrong track number. Send a email with my concerns and they didn’t bother to respond. Never gonna use them again.

My delivery has not turned up, it said between 3-4 business days which has now passed and UPS doesn’t recognise my parcel number.

received the tablets the next day though lost track at one point.
